      Good Christ, can you imagine a holodeck version of The Lord of the Rings? Even allowing for the occasional time skip forward, it could take months if not years to work through the whole trilogy. It would be glorious.

      Fellowship of the ring extended cut ads to the story and makes it better.

      The two towers extended cut is about 50-50 adding to it to making it worse ratio

        Some of them I could certainly do without, but the fate of Saruman and Sauron’s Mouth are worth sitting through the rest.
