YouTube has a much better UX for random fly-ins. TikTok might be better if you’re the kind of person to sit on the platform scrolling (debatable), but if you wanna send the link to someone else, YouTube is hands down far better.
Instagram is the worst though. If you send someone an Instagram video link, they get to watch it once and only once (unless they refresh the page), and it’s muted until they manually press unmute.
