I used to have the “Founders Edition” subscription tier from when GeForce Now was introduced. It was like 25$/quarter and a limited time offer for the first subscribers of GeForce Now. It was on par with the premium tier (best servers, no time limit, and best quality + ray tracing). PDFs can contain a vast amount of different Image information, but often a good software that can edit vector data opens PDFs for editing easily. It might convert not embedded Fonts in paths and rasterize some transparency effects though. So Inkscape might work.
