Humans CAN be savage and cruel. Humans CAN also create beauty in their collective works. I believe the human race, weighed as a measure of everyone’s contribution, could do better, but we’re doing pretty good for a feeble childish race.
Without a warrant no, but for the most part they do it willingly.
