I’ve got a similar space and have been considering ripping the shelf out, doing stacked appliances, and then like… different shelves that are easier to reach.

The Shatner one is totally fine (and very Shatner-ish), but Wheaton’s has more personal depth to it.

Of course I’m biased based on which series I grew up with.

My gaming laptop is running fine with Bazzite though I forget what the cpu is.

Jank old laptop with an mx150 discrete and Intel cpu/GPU running fine on Kubuntu but haven’t tried to game or do anything demanding with it. Running better than win11 tho.
