Ever notice bats are always wrapped up in a towel in photos like this? I think that solidifies my assumption they are vampires and you must contain them in their bat form to keep yourself safe.



I make a guajillo/ancho/arbol adobo sauce that I freeze and put a little bit on ribs or whatever needs a little kick. I love guajillo so much.
