Beautiful, thanks!

Beautiful, thanks!

This song always does it for me, even after a decade and some years.
No I haven’t. I ran it a long long time ago, haven’t kept up with the project since nextCloud. Worth a look, thanks!

I never tried, or even thought it an option. I’m trying to self host as much as possible, except for email.
Nice suggestion!! I was fully on board until I realized it’s not a self-hosted application :D I have some resources available on a server so I want to look in that direction for a possible solution.
Not a fan of Proton’s CEO. (link)
Nice tip, I’ll look into that!
If it hasn’t already, moving from corporate owner to corporate owner will become some sort of ritual, a modern form of tradition.
Replacing Google Drive is the hardest for me. I’m not a fan of the nextcloud bloat, Seafile is hard to setup. Didn’t expect this to be the largest struggle of the whole process.

Yes it does both calDAV and cardDAV!
I was on the same path as you, I didn’t like the nextcloud bloat. Came across baikal and it just worked perfectly from the start. I use it both on desktop and android, no issues with sync. As for the reminders, I guess they are baked into the events, because the events work nicely on my phone. Definitely worth a try I’d say!
I discovered this app the other week. The UI is the best there is, and downloading extra puzzles is just awesome, and so easy. Now I have about half a million sudokus to solve. Other apps are what, a couple of hundred puzzles at most, and then it’s over.

I went through the same transition a few weeks ago. Fuck that Proton CEO.
I ended up with Migadu for email and selfhosting Baikal for contacts and calendars. No complaints so far.

So long, and thanks for all the fish
If you’re into self hosting, Bytestash is very nice!
whatbox.ca has been good to me too. They expanded my storage for free during a server upgrade, which was very nice of them.
Added the exa aliases. Nice to see pacman points exa to eza as the former is unmaintained.
Yes it’s quite similar to the scrobbling and recommendations of last.fm!
Listenbrainz has decent recommendations
I would recommend against Proton, it’s just a matter of time before their CEO starts tweeting again.
Calendar+contacts: use Baikal As for email, I went with a cheap no frills service like migadu
