4·10 days agoI identify heavily with Rutherford for being a character who’s nationality is Filipino and Eugene Cordero who is Filipino too.

Secondly, if you endure… you end up wanting to fuck your brother?

8·11 days agoThe original is decent (for what it was). It’s the sequel what that was straight trash. I’m not saying xXx is a James Bond level of good but for some silly action flick, it does the job. The sequel misses the point that it was funny to laugh at xXx as a spy name because of the dude’s actual name. Writers or whoever thought they could get away with being a standalone sequel. Ice Cube does not told the hots that Diesel had.

12·11 days agoAm I the only one who is bothered by the poster for the porn parody showing a Picard that has pips on the wrong side of the collar up top and the correct side on the bottom? I’m gonna need an explanation for this before you even begin to convince me I need to see him and Crusher doing it on a biobed.
There should have been a Orion meetup. On Friday I was an Orion and meet another male Orion and was told there was a third. There might have been like 10 Orions there that day who could have had a great group photo.
For me, the socializing is why I love being in Las Vegas. I have made many friends. Already have my hotel room booked for next year. I can’t wait to see those geeks again.
First of all: why are you calling yourself a Herbert? your username looks like Herbert
Secondly: you where there?
Third: no you did not. Refer to the QueerOps card I got. I was tasked as part of my mission to get a photo with a Trill. There is at least one person (Meradeth) who always does a Trill, and often wearing Jadzia’s swimsuit from “Let He Who Is Without Sin…”. I made it a challenge to find a different Trill.
EDIT: I forgot to include the photo with that Trill!

I’ve only read the first book.

9·13 days agoWell it works off of being a re-imagining of the movie which gets meta. And the movie itself isn’t even a adaption in the strictest sense since the script was in development before the comic ended.
The people. Seriously. I reconnected with old friends and met new friends. Nothing quite like drinking at bars in Las Vegas till 6am with someone who understands the geeky starship inuendos you are making.
Giant spiders that mistake a malfunctioning satellite with the AI prosona of their creator for a god and repeatedly try to solve mathematical equations that are nothing more than a test of intelligence. Plus they will enslave the ants.

1·17 days agoI know this is never gonna happen. Glad the people who have been petitioning in years past didn’t get a table this year. It’s nice to discuss what might have been but realistically we need to move on. Certainly Terry will jump on this if offered the chance but let’s not hold our breath.

7·17 days agoFor some people this week, we were being asked that a lot. I saw one person get a Vulcan salute on their palm. I saw Shannon Fill (yes, our beloved Siri Jaxa) get a fancy IDIC with some symbol for feminism. I myself got the NX-01 assignment patch.

I’m not crazy about him being excited that some of the holograms in the program were “slaves”.
