As far as I understand the trackers broadcast an id that changes every so often, that is so a tracker can’t be uniquely identified and tracked by a 3rd party. That means that your android phone can’t tell if it’s detecting the same tracker twice or two different trackers
It depends on how many people are aboard the car, how hard you can hold on to a pole and whether it’s an open car (like a trolley)
