Hobby or professional? Do you have a recommendation for a good first luthier project?

Okay right that makes sense. Thank you
Yep the last step is gimpy. I think I was basically having trouble measuring from the deck to the ground. I should have taken that measurement after building and leveling the landing pad
It would be fewer cuts and fewer measurements if it was right out at the end. So quicker and easier. I’m used to using a depth gauge and combo square and I like to throw in a bit of “le fine woodworking” when I play carpenter 🤠
I watched a few videos on how it’s done. Just measure a bunch. My circular saw worked really well for cutting the stringers.
This video was pretty good: https://youtu.be/UFIqiwtaAYA?is=quume9lETkAEH8XK
Nice! It’s a good day when suspension work doesn’t turn into a whole weekend of swearing at one stuck and rusted bolt
Nice job dude
Your English is perfectly intelligible and I’m sorry if this is bad news but that means you are not qualified to be president.
Pretty much. Leave the services that require this and vote for legislators that oppose privacy breaking features.
Hmm, it looks like your process doesn’t maintain the size of the chair. Try to avoid water based products. They cause the wood to expand.

Thanks!
