In addition to not having anything to do with filesharing. Private trackers are making filesharing worse, there is nothing that makes them more trustworthy.

These are standard rules for private trackers, they are essentially little kingdoms that compete who has the most insanely idiotic requirements. Any sane person should avoid them at any cost, they are antithetical to what sharing actually should be.
