@MotoAsh @Lwaxana I think DS9 writers cared al lot more than Discos ones. Like, Sisko was misgendering Dax almost every time he addressed her (it wasn’t serious as it was made obvious it was fine between them, but it was present in almost every episode). And Kor corrects himself quickly when Dax says she is Jadzia now, while the other klingons need more time to accept her. Meanwhile in Disco I only remember one instance of “I’d rather be addressed as this” “sure!”.

@c10l @johannes idk, Picard S3 ends the same way as Prodigy S1, and Prodigy does it better IMO.

Discovery started well and got boring by always doing the "galaxy ending thing only us have detected and can solve (something picard does too, but not as many times in a row at least).

@michaelgemar @Taleya @startrek I’d guess that being several generations separated from her augmented ancestor introduced enough non augmented genes they make any remaining advantage in her genome not really distinguishable from random genetic advantages any person could have.
