Great write up! As for wired headphones I can wholeheartedly recommend the KZ EDC Pro. Very reasonable price and they have removable cables with both a 3.5mm jack and USB C Cable. KZ are great value for money - I’m not affiliated with them or anything.

It depends, but for me one use case is decoupling the end device from the application. We have laptops, desktops and phones in our household and rather than installing/updating every single one of them I have a central point for management, with all of the downsides of course (if the thing fails, it fails for all).
When I add a new machine to the network, every functionality an data is already there so I don’t need to copy or install anything everywhere.

Try drying it. I have issues with wet filament all the time, even fresh out of the vacuum sealed wrapper. Another thing to try would be to slow it down to see if it goes away. The third thing would be to calibrate the flow and pressure advance (orca slicer has the functionality built in)

Thank you for sharing! It really looks great! The deal breaker for me is the lack of a self hosted IDE option. Right now I use overleaf in a docker container and as far as I understood their web editor is proprietary. I’ll check it out in the future for sure!
I do love LaTeX. Wrote every thesis and paper with it. Using bibtex was a lifesaver as I didn’t have to care for citations and references. Not caring about numbering, footnotes or annotations and having them automatically is amazing. Also structuring the thesis or paper into multiple separate files that work with version control has web a game changer for me

Privacy@lemmy.ml•WhatsApp is getting ads using personal data from Instagram and Facebook
191·6 months agoI wonder from where they get the data if I don’t have Facebook or Instagram. WhatsApp is a shitty app that I begrudgingly use because of the parents groups and some relatives that I didn’t manage to make switch to signal.

Disregard what I told you last time and do it like this.
