Fedora

I have a rooted phone and I isolated this app.

I have a mx250 laptop, and nvidia removed the ability to set the desired temp and it runs on overclocked freq on Linux so as soon as I launch any games, my gpu reaches to 94°C and I can set desired temp only on windows.

Proton Plus - A modern compatibility tools manager.
Heroic Games Launcher - A game launcher for amazon, gog and epic.
And I see people already suggested more apps which is nice.

I want to game on Linux too but can’t because nvidia removed gpu target temp feature on Linux for my potato gpu.

I feel the pain bro, I have airpods and when I connect them they just follow this connect and disconnect loop. So I can’t use them on Linux but with my android device and on windows they work fine.
Go with bazzite cuz when yiu download it from the website it’ll ask you if you want desktop or handheld edition. And you’re not gonna be able to play fortnite on Linux until fortnite adds support for Linux.
Bazzite is beginner friendly all the optimozations is already done so u don’t have to do nothing. But keep in mind to check which games you can play on Linux.
You can check on protondb.com

Yep totally

Damn bruh, I didn’t know that too.

I agree and I want someone to tell them about dx12 bug from nvidia and ray tracing perf on amd gpus(not sure about this one).
I have 2 ssds. 1st ssd has 512MB partition for both Windows and Linux bootloaders and rest of the storage for data, games etc. 2nd ssd has both Windows ans Linux OS on different partitions and some more partitions for data.
I just gave my Linux partition 60Gb and I still have 53% free space.

Yeah true if there’s a software then there will be bugs too, but don’t remove the feature from one perticular os just, I hate this shit.

I have the same frustration with nvidia they removed the gpu target temp and setting custom freq for my gpu only on Linux so yeah fuck you nvidia.

my wife surprised me with the 4070 for my birthday a couple years ago.
Luckiest mf.

CachyOS since you’re using fedora for 3 years
