You can put custom firmware on the x1c and use whatever the hell you want. Make sure you put it somewhere you can vent outside, so not in the living room.

I didn’t even realize it was a remaster, thought it was just another port since it looked like WOL.

The nomenclature needs a bit of clarity as well for anybody that hasn’t gone digging into the ecosystem.

The x1c is pretty straightforward and doesn’t require any mods to just go. Hasn’t stopped me from modding it anyhow.
