So here’s my take: I never want to play a game with other people unless we’re sitting on the same couch. Because of that, I have no need for any of my systems to be permanently connected to the internet. The requirement for always-online systems is just ridiculous. The full game should be on the disk, and the only time I should need an internet connection is to download DLC or if the dev team releases a patch that addresses major issues or improves the gameplay experience.

Never knew I wanted it before, but a SG game would be awesome!

I wrote that then deleted it cause I wasn’t sure how you address it internationally. Where PBS is broadcast in the USA, the internet is open to the world.

But, you’re right! It should be publicly funded. I’d have no problem with my tax dollars going towards that.

Internet Archive and Wikipedia are two websites that need to exist in perpetuity.

While I generally prefer open world sandbox games, the screenshots definitely make me want to see more

I’d rather pay more for the service and not need to tip. Raise wages to a living standard and raise the prices to cover the difference.
