May be a bit of a challenge for a 5-6yrs old child to successfully do this first time, or maybe even 2nd, 3rd, 4th time.
Is there a smaller first step that might be an more palatable first bite for them?

Where did you hear that we or our systems are xenophobic? I live, work and travel here.

Europe experienced a “brain drain” for quite a few years to the US. I suspect that a lot of talented US citizens will be looking at the rest of the world to set up home, careers and families.
