Oh my God THANK YOU! You just described exactly how I feel about them and I’ve never been able to really figure out why they bothered me.

I completely forgot they did this until I was trying to set a reminder for when I got home and it kept telling me “I’m sorry I didn’t understand” after every attempt. It’s not like they couldn’t implement that into Tasks.

I’m so glad I read this because I was going crazy wondering why my Pixel 7a wasn’t getting the update despite constantly checking manually. Guess I’ll just keep waiting.
