Yet there is so many posts and comments about how awful it is, someone blocked me last night for calling them out on their bollocks.

I work for the NHS, everyone has the same ringtone on their work phones. It’s infuriating.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What's the worst you ever hurt yourself as a kid?
2·5 months agoCame off my bike when I was about 6 or 7, scratched my elbow…not stitches bad but bad enough. Still got the scar.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What should be done with the unemployable people?
8·5 months agoI love this comment. Now we’ve dealt with that, what are we gonna do with bored rich folk like Musk or JK Rowling whose entire purpose seems to be creating division and hate?

6·6 months agoGood film that. I was 21ish when it came out and one of my friends at the time said “oh yeah, you still think you’re 18 don’t you…”, pissed me off a bit.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Why do a lot of consumers behave masochistically towards companies?
4·9 months agoFurther to the Brexit thing, another example is Corbyn running for PM in 2017(?), offering a four day week, state ownership of energy, rail etc…loads of left wing and socialist stuff, but not extremely so. But the press said he’d ruin the country, so people started parroting that, then when you pushed them to explain why, the responses varied from “well he will won’t he” to “common sense isn’t it?”. Absolutely infuriated me.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Do you know anyone who uses drag-and-drop for text?
51·9 months agoNo. But who talks about this kind of thing?
This one is because when houses had straw roofs, cats and dogs would sit up there, and come down in the rain.
Free speech…so long as we agree.
