It’s an arch installer that has its own set of optimized kernels id you want them, but also has a great kernel manager so you can pick different optimized ones or defaults or even hardened options. Plus it does BTRFS w/ snapshots set up for you, which helps deal with the Arch ecosystem’s rate of updating

Have fun with CachyOS! It’s what I’m using as my daily driver right now. Protip for BTRFS: learn how to rollback to a previous snapshot before you need to. It makes it a lot less stressful.

Tried this with some friends and the audio quality is great, screensharing is great. Generally working very well. Honestly the only thing preventing me from switching people over all the way more is the lacking a persistent session. In all regards though, great work! I’ll be following development closely, just make sure you don’t burn yourself out with scope creep, because I know everyone and their dog has ideas for you. I had a similar problem. If thats your only limiation, check out the audiotechnica ATH-CKS50TW. Really excellent sound quality, the headphones themselves have 12hrs continuous use and the headphone case holds 24hrs of charge. Has full noise cancelling, and the headphones can be used independently of one another like airpods.

I can wear them on the bus to work, all day at work, and then on the ride home and still have an hour or two of charge left over before I have to put them back in their case.
