This bad boy is where it’s at when it comes to quark at Lidl.

The value is unmatched when trying to get protein in. Cheaper than whey even, and with higher satiation to boot being primarily casein.

It also happens to taste quite good, especially the passion fruit flavour, which I didn’t find an image of.
