Clearly, someone (thread OP) hasn’t discovered that “vulgar” isn’t anything more than a word to sell to the “temporarily embarrassed millionaires” poors in order to inspire them to behave.
Ironically, those “with” and/or “from” money tend to be distrusting of it, and project their internally ever-present fear of weakness outward onto the world.
Every time they puff up and get loud, they’re just squashing their fears of being the inept, impotent, and unworthy cowards we already know them to be.

I kinda like that but in my experience no one is more vulgar in far to many social settings than someone who has plenty of money.
