Your TC is those 3 numbers and averaged over the year. So my message above translates to “how rich do I need to be to get a new wife.” Horrible shit.

What does TC stand for?
TC = Total Compensation
In tech jobs you usually get a combo of salary + bonus + stock grants that vest at different times. Your TC is those 3 numbers and averaged over the year.
