I mean, I’ve heard that this subreddits name actually has a lineage that traces back to a specific podcast. But I didn’t know it was an actual club people were forming in certain locations.

I suppose my interest would be based on the actual point of the club. If it were actually a club of actually dull men, I probably wouldnt be interested.

But really, the whole conciet of this comm is that actually, most of the subs are quite interesting people, who happen to be doing things that would be considered “dull”. In which case, honestly… I’d be into it. I like little home rennovation and mechanical DIY projects, and it would be cool to have a local group that got together to help eachother do those things. Like “hey, I need to change my brakes and rotors, but I’ve never done it before - who wants to drink beer in my driveway and help me out?” And then we do that. What’s weird is that I’ve looked for some sort of group like that before in my area, and havent found anything, which is weird, because so many people do this stuff.
