I just want to come back here and thank you for this simple suggestion. It’s become my current ADHD obsession food. I’ve made it probably 6-7 times since reading your comment, and it’s so good and so filling. I’ll probably obsessively eat it for like another month and then forget it’s a meal that exists for 5 more years until I become obsessed with it again, but such is ADHD life 😂

That’s great! It’s one of my favorite low effort foods to avoid paying for take out when I don’t really need to.
