Hmm… there’s Icheb a few episodes into season 1 (still salty about that). Season 2 is a bit like torture to watch unto itself, but nothing overtly graphic that I recall… oh, there is that sequence involving the Founders in season 3. Though it’s not there to glorify, but to point out mistreatment.
Rated R Trek does take some getting used to. Some of the swearing is a bit hamfisted. Not Captain Shaw, of course. Watch season 3 if only for him.

Even if it’s depicted to point out mistreatment, it still really really fucks with me and I just cannot expose myself to it
