I have a friend who is about 7 years older than me and she grew up with a lot of the same pop culture stuff I grew up with. She’s a teacher, university educated and close to retirement … bright lady who has been in the education system for elementary schools for decades.
But in the all the time I’ve known her for the past almost 30 years … she still confuses Star Wars and Star Trek. I have a feeling it’s just to push my buttons because she’ll confuse something about it all and then laugh it off as it none of it really matters to anyone.
The best is when they routinely confuse Star Trek and Star Wars and don’t care that there is a difference
Wait, there are people that really do that and aren’t just being facetious? Or have dementia?
