I love Ryan North! His currently ongoing FF run is great fun too.

That’s been a staple as of late. Chickpeas are adored in this house :)

Oh hey! I actually made that for her on our first date. Thanks for the suggestion :)

That’s extremely useful! Thanks :)

I used the Korean BBQ flavor Beyond Meat Steak Tips!

My girlfriend has been vegan since she was very young, and I went vegetarian (working on cutting dairy and eggs out) about a month and a half ago. I don’t usually go for imitation meat, but I’ve been having meat cravings so decided to give them a shot and they turned out to be shockingly similar in taste/texture to the real deal. Highly recommend trying some if your local supermarket stocks any.

I fried it up until crispy with some garlic, jalapenos, and homemade gochujang sauce to add a little more flavor. Turned out pretty well :)

Uhhhhh long story 😅

I’d like there to be a balance. The memes are a good way to get more eyes in the community initially, but I’d like to slowly switch over to focus more on music as the community grows. Right now, I’ve got a featured song of the day, we just finished making an introductory folk punk playlist, and we’re getting started on a deep cuts list.
