It has a m12x.5 thread which is the most common interface for small machine vision lenses (well, smaller than c-mount anyway). No glue necessary.
Did you have to finagle with the element at all to get it in?
Mine has a terminal pitch of 16 inch, and the only dimensioned elements I’ve seen so far with a similar shape are 18". I could flex it a bit I suppose.
Also most I have seen have quick-connect/Faston terminals, whereas my oven has screw terminals. Less of a problem than dimensions I suppose.
I think I will take a closer look at elements before pulling the trigger. Thanks for the nudge. I wish listings offered more than a photo and part number though - like maybe at least the width.

I know this is a meme community and probably not the right place to ask. But the meme prompted my question and I promise this is a good faith question.
If labor is entitled to all it creates (i agree! In principle), who determines what that is? For example - someone operating an injection molding machine might “create” a million doodads in a year. But the machine and the material and the electricity and the QA of those doodads are all created/done by someone else. How is that divvied up?
Personally I am leaning toward UBI funded by a capital tax, along with a functional labor market, as kind of a solution here. But I’d appreciate any easy-to-digest references.
“Tech” is a conflated term. The way I read OP is that they don’t want their cars main user interface to be a smartphone app. Doesn’t mean the car can’t be technologically advanced.
Personally, my brain manages to filter out anything with a leading underscore (I don’t know the origin offhand, I think some system I worked with at some point used those on files that I knew I didn’t care about). So when coworkers use leading underscores it slows me down a bit.
