That’s got to be one of the toughest to maintain magic eyes I’ve seen yet.

I have been playing around with the idea of making my own end-grain board, bur no.

I’ll see if I can find the CAD files when I get home. 8f I remember right I made it parametric so you can specify how many boards you have and how big they are.

I have 6, but typically I only use 2, my nice Hi Soft for regular prep, and a couple dedicated raw meat board. Sometimes I’ll pull another one out for my girlfriend to do some prep at the same time, and I also have some serving boards if I feel fancy

I have a very similar(but much larger) model I use for my cutting boards.

I bought several years of Mullvad time before finding out it’s ran by a fascist. I use it exclusively for pirate related activities.

(I push several TB through it daily, so at least I’m costing Mullvad much bandwidth)

Set up some *arrs and never worry about dredging through indexer sites ever again.

I think Mental Outlaw did a good video on the subject. I’ve also seen several good talks that cover it from conferences like Defcon. They’ll do a much better job than I could in a comment.

No, combining them is pointless.

I’ve used a combination of OSMand and Comaps for a while now, and it works well, if lacking a few features.

Thanks to "arr, I haven’t had to even look at an indexer in years. I don’t miss manually trolling for torrents.

I didn’t put the rubber ring on it, it’s a relatively good seal but not air tight, I’m planning to move it to some crockery eventually, but I haven’t purchased any yet. So this was fine for my initial experientations.

Yeah, I’m making it now, but don’t plan to start using it til mid September or early October. I know from other fermentation experiences that time is essential to a good product.

I’m mostly just surprised how quickly I got such intense reaction, I’m used to waiting days or weeks for ferments to really start going, so it’s pretty exciting to see something occur as quickly as this has.

I hadn’t considered bad bacteria creating preferential Ph changes, that’s super interesting.

We’ll see, hopefully this batch works, if not I’ll try again until it does.
