Take care of your teeth!! I get it can be hard to do so if you’re depressed cause I’ve been there. I’ve lost a couple molars cause of it. It’s expensive and sucks. At least try your best to do it once a week if you struggle.

I was more into them when I was younger. I think my high school friend forcing me to watch a new one every single time I visited made me not care for them anymore. Every now and then I’ll remember a joke from Brian Regan or one of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour guys I liked, but that’s it.

About to finish the original Legend of Zelda and start Into the Breach.

Pokemon Legends Arceus. I bought into the hype after it released cause my friends were playing it non-stop and assured me that anything I thought I wouldn’t like about it wasn’t actually in the game or wasn’t as bad as I thought. I got it and could only play till the Lilligant battle before dropping it. I still adore most mainline Pokemon games (although Scarlet and Violet might be my jumping off point cause I didn’t like the story or open world), but this was way too much of a departure from what I liked about Pokemon for me.

Playing a modded version that removed weapon durability made it go from my least liked entry in the series to…slightly above the NES games.

Honestly as someone who has played a lot of Ubisoft open world games and really didn’t like BotW (haven’t played TotK cause why would I) it did feel pretty similar to those games with the only difference being the map didn’t tell you where the collectibles/challenges were at. You still have the big radio tower things you climb to get info on the surrounding area and the korok seeds/shrines would feel no different from Ubisoft slop if the map showed where they were. That’s the only difference I felt between the two.

Getting permabanned on my main and any secondary accounts I had helped. The app on my phone I use for Lemmy makes it look pretty much exactly like the Reddit app so the only difference for me is less people which means some communities I’d like to talk to people in just has nobody in them.

When it comes to politics, it’s dangerous thinking that got us in this hellhole in the first place. It proved to anyone getting into politics that you can be a massive shit stain, but just be a slightly smaller shit stain than your opponent and people will support you to no end. Alternatively you can be the exact same level of shit stain as your opponent, but say things in a nicer way or just not at all and get the same results.

I personally have refused to accept this outcome since the only thing it leads us to is a slower death. I’d rather put my time and effort into supporting those that keep us alive even if most refuse to support that decision and call it idiotic.

Started the Thousand-Year Door remake. Just beat Hooktail.

My therapist recommended I try to do some volunteer work when I brought up not having anyone in person (other than him and family) to talk to about things really depressed me. Told me about a site called justserve which has quite a few community volunteering projects on it I’m willing to try out.

Almost done with Shadow the Hedgehog. I’ve currently gotten 7 out of the 10 endings required to face the true final boss. I think next will be the original Starfox.
