Boy are you gonna feel oppressed when companies have to hire WITHOUT choosing employees specifically on the basis of personal characteristics such as race and sex, in accordance with Title IX.
The companies that chose to hire from racial groups that were disproportionately disadvantaged did this because they got free money from subsidies for doing so, and will now just hire people that are the same skin color as them.
The same thing that happened before we offered the subsidies.

The real difference that happens with removing DEI is now women and minorities will be denied loans, housing, and medical care based on sex/race/gender which until recently was illegal.
